1. App Overview
TallNow is a mobile health and fitness application that uses Artificial
Intelligence, augmented reality, and computer vision to help users
maximize their height potential through genetic predictions, height
tracking, posture analysis, guided exercises, and personalized coaching.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Available Subscriptions
TallNow Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription
options:
- Weekly Subscription: $3.99 per week

2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms
Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the
end of the current period.
- Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days.
- Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your
device's Account Settings after purchase.
3. Payment and Billing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store
(e.g., Apple App Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account
upon confirmation of purchase.
4. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions must be managed directly through your device's App Store
or Google Play Store account settings. TallNow cannot directly manage
cancellations.

height increases after this point.

or if you have concerns about growth or development.

Stop exercises immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or

Do not use the app if you are injured or have health restrictions.

8. No Guarantees
TallNow does not guarantee specific height increases or growth outcomes.
Results depend on numerous factors including age, genetics, nutrition,
sleep, overall health, and consistent use of recommended practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
TallNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages resulting from your use of the app, including physical injury,
disappointment with results, or phone damage.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted
on this page with an updated effective date.
